About Us

The Lee County Patriots group was formed in November of 2009.  It evolved from a loosely knit group of about a dozen known as the Pine Island Republican Club.

Our numbers have swelled as many concerned citizens found there was an action group on the island and a means to make their voices heard about the many issues facing our country today.  Because we believe there are many like minded citizens in
Lee County, we decided to make this a county-wide initiative.

Our main concerns are:

WHERE THE ECONOMY IS HEADED                                      HEALTH CARE REFORM

THE WAR ON TERROR AND OUR SECURITY                       CORRUPTION IN GOVERNMENT

LEGISLATION BEING ENACTED BY CONGRESS                EDUCATION/INDOCTRINATION

THE DEMOCRAT SOCIALIST AGENDA                                  CAP AND TRADE

FIRST AMENDMENT (FREE SPEECH)                                    SECOND AMENDMENT (GUN CONTROL)

RELIGIOUS FREEDOMS                                                               AND MORE

While our group is made up primarily of Republicans, Independents and Conservatives, we welcome members from throughout Lee County of all political persuasions who share our concerns.  We meet monthly.  Please see our events page for date, time and place.

We believe:

THE CONSITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA SHOULD GOVERN ALL ACTIONS TAKEN BY CONGRESS AND THE PRESIDENT.

ELECTED OFFICIALS SHOULD PAY ATTENTION TO THE VOICE OF THE PEOPLE WHO ELECTED THEM
.

AMERICANS MAKING THEIR VOICES HEARD CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

Together, we will work to leave to our children and grandchildren a stronger country where the freedoms and opportunities we, and our ancestors, have enjoyed will flourish.

Please join us in preserving the Freedoms of the United States of America!
